As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing intelligent systems that understand user emotions and deliver personalized wellbeing support.
You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, psychology, and user experience to create meaningful and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models for emotional analysis
- Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems
- Improve recommendation systems for personalised wellbeing support
- Collaborate with product, design, and psychology teams
- Optimise model performance and accuracy
- Continuously research and implement new AI techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and NLP
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Interest in mental health and wellbeing technology
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analysis
- Experience building and deploying AI models in real-world applications
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model optimisation
- Ability to analyse data and improve model accuracy
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, or backend systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Interest in emotional wellbeing, mental health, or human behaviour
